Gemma's work is inspired by the colors and magic of South African nature. She includes love, family, birds and flowers in her work. Each piece of her stoneware is fired, hand crafted and painted by Gemma herself. She builds her ceramic pieces up in coil. No molds or wheels are used in the process.Â
